I went to the dealership to get major work done, interior axle repair on my right side, by Marc the mechanic. Not even a few miles leaving the dealership my engine light comes on. I brought it back and they cleared the codes but it came back on a few days later. No sooner after that my engine oil started to leak.
I went to two other mechanics and both agreed that I need to go back to the dealership because they didn't fix something correctly. What a major inconvenience this is to me besides all the money that I am paying out of my pocket. In the interim I am calling the dealership explaining what is being told to me and they are coming up with all types of excuse.
Finally after causing hell and weeks passed they agreed to look at it again and low and behold they didn't seal one of the parts they installed correctly. Who knows if that was done correctly because they called to tell me that my engine light will remain on until i get a fuel injection clean at my expense. As far as I know all this was due to the negligence of the mechanic and my service rep Dawn, and I have to come out of my pocket.
I should have learned my lesson. Bical Chervolet in Valley Stream, NY, you are a disgrace to the honest mechanic. If you made a mistake and didn't charge me at least rectify the entire situation the engine light that came on right after the $2,800+ work that was done.

This place sold me a car on 12/14/2015 I drove it for five days. I returned it as they promised to fix the A/C and other things. However Christmas no car now it's 2016 and still no car back.... I keep getting the run around about this and that or the part was sent wrong. Try this Nissan said they will overnight the parts but still nothing. Then the sales guy never reached out to me, the manager stopped calling and the finance manager said there's nothing I can do.... This place should be cleaned out of all personal and replaced along with the cars they sale you but it's needs work.. no worries sign here and we promise to fix it for three weeks..... beware!!!!!!!!!! Avoid this place.

David the sales manager came over to our desk and made me a deal I could not refuse, Frank the salesman was a true gentleman. I love my new truck and I would recommend bi cal chevy to anyone looking for a new or used car or truck.

My engine light was on and service stability track warning, my car broke down going to work, I took the car to BICAL, the car was dropped off, I took a cab to work, after 5:30pm I got a call from Dawn telling me my car was ready. Excellent service! The problem with my engine was my cylinder was misfiring and some other stuff broke down, they replace the part and fixed my car.

This was a very bad experiance with bical chevy that are a bunch of nasty trash that work there they ran my credit 7 months after i bought my car there and said it was an accident when i comfronted them about it there service department is the worst service ever. And can not stress how nice they were when i was purchsing the truck but after that nothing but headachs they are all scummy people that belong in a trailer park the worst place ever to buy a car and please people who read this im not just a disgruntle person they really do suck.....
