Wish I could give it 0 stars, they towed my car for a donation, I never got a receipt nor notification. Come tax time, I called them to get a copy of the receipt, the guy told me that they don't have my name anywhere, I managed to dig up the VIN number and he said that they don't have anything with this VIN either. When I asked him to write me another one, he said that if he does, he'll have to pay $80 to the city, so he's not gonna do it. No wonder he couldn't find my info. Costumer service sucks, when they don't wanna talk to you they hang up on you on in the middle of the sentence.

Worst service ever!! Will NEVER bring any vehicle to that landfill again. First of their customer service is awful. They don't even greet or acknowledge you when you are standing in front of them. After waiting for about 5 minutes to be helped they finally decide to acknowledge their customers with an attitude as if they are garbage. Not only does the hi-lo driver damage the trailers & tow trucks that he unloads...but he does it with out a care in the world. After pulling off two railings, damaging a tire on the trailer ( in another case ), & damaging the bed of the tow truck does this guy so arrogantly say that he's not responsible but also says in an uncaring manner to unload the vehicle myself next time ( mind you...they provide this service themselves....the same hi-lo driver is waiting to unload every tow truck that comes through...that's his job detail....it's not like I asked him to unload the vehicle for me ) . The point is that he unloads the vehicles without caution & it's not a simple mistake. You would think that after the 3rd time of damaging the same tow truck he would take extra care & caution but no he doesn't. He pushes the hi-lo claws down until it digs into the bed and pushes the vehicle off the bed damaging the side railings & he does this without care because he knows there is a sign posted protecting him & his company from having to pay for any damages. Not only does this hi-lo driver bad mouth his own co-workers & clients but also is rude, unapologetic, bad mannered, arrogant, & careless & his Boss is also!!! His boss "Pat" ( the owner ) comes to the tow truck asking what happened. I explained & showed Pat the 3rd damage that his hi-lo driver had done to my truck ( Mind you I've paid for all of the damages Pats' worker has done to my truck out of my own pocket and at no time did the OWNER of BIBS JUNK YARD Pat offer to pay for any of the damages ). Not only did Pat go on to say that there was previous damage on my railings and that he wouldn't pay a thing but to leave & never go back in to his property. Great customer service Pat!! Your worker damaged my bed numerous of times & the first two times I let it slide. But on the third time when I am angered at the carelessness & speak out you decide to ban me. And why should you have to pay for the damages to the tow truck??? After all your POSTED SIGN PROTECTS YOU....So it's Okay to act like a jerk and insult me. Great customer service Pat I see where your workers get that quality training from. My father has been their client for not only a decade but nearly two & you would think he would be more than fair to us...but he's not. His scrap rates are LOW compared to other places....the only reason why we brought him our vehicles is because we decided to be loyal to our business relationship. But it's obvious Pat doesn't know what loyalty is. If asked to rate this company from 1 to 10.......... I would rate it a NEGATIVE 10 . Bad customer service!!!
