Everything about the experience my fiancé and I had at Bianca Jewelers was perfect and stress-free. I randomly found the store after my then boyfriend and I had begun discussing engagement. From the minute I walked in, I knew I had found a place that was unique. The staff was so friendly and everything they said felt genuine and trustworthy. A few weeks later, I took my boyfriend to the store to meet Anna and Allen and show him the custom style I was looking for in an engagement ring. Allen then walked us through the technicalities of buying a diamond, and spent a lot of time making sure we understood what we were getting for our money. Throughout the entire process, the one thing I really appreciated was that we told Anna and Allen our budget and they stuck to it and never once pressured us to increase or add on additional costs.

This is truly a unique store and experience in a sea of over-commercialized, insincere big box retailers and diamond district locations just looking to make a sale. I am looking forward to the next time I get to work with the Bianca team!

Allen, Anna and the whole team were just brilliant for us. We felt so comfortable whilst discussing all aspects with them, never felt pressurised, and they even put up with me when Chelsea were playing and I wasnt listening. The ring turned out wonderful and there were the forecasted tears of joy to go with it. Thank you so much and we will be back I am sure!

I have been going to Bianca Jewelers for approximately 30 yrs - enough said :o). Through out these years, I have had the honor of knowing THE BIANCA FAMILY and can honestly say ... they are HONEST, PATIENT, HARDWORKING, GOOD PEOPLE. Their work and jewelry is IMPECCABLE - TOP QUALITY!! 99% of my jewelry has come from Bianca ... Bianca I and Bianca II. I highly recommend Bianca Jewelry for everything from earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets and watches - they are a force to be reckoned with. I wish them nothing but the best of everything and that they continue to shine AND grow for the next 30 yrs and then some.
