Biagio's 2 Pizza

To me this place is delicious, their food is appetizing and the taste is exquisite. Their margherita slices are one of a kind. I think everyone should give them a try, I heard they have a cheaper lunch menu so ill definitely order more often.

Their food is so tasty, I love their pizza sauce. Also, my dad loves the lobster bisque soup. Definitely going back.

As a William Paterson student, you have to rely on takeout to survive living on campus. Sad to say this is one restaurant that I CAN NOT rely on anymore! I placed my order at 8:30 on a Wednesday night, past peak dinner time. I ordered a Chicken Franchese, a Chicken Parmigiana sandwich, and a Tiramisu. The person on the phone said that it would only take a half hour to be delivered. An hour and fifteen minutes later, still no food, so I called to check up on my food. The person on the phone said that the driver left fifteen minutes before I called (Campus is only a 30 second drive away from the place). Then I get a phone call from the driver who says he is at another building on campus, and since his access card to get his car to the building wasn't working, he had to walk all the way up the hill to my dorm. This poor guy had to be at least 65, comes in the door out of breath and barely standing! I felt so bad for him because he said he had a heart transplant and was having a hard time. This poor guy should not be doing deliveries! After an hour and a half we finally get our food. The food was lukewarm, as expected at this point. The chicken parm sandwich was average at best. But the chicken franchese was awful. The chicken was tough and overcooked, and the sauce was thick and unappetizing. It tasted like an awful frozen dinner. The tiramisu was nothing like the picture on the menu, it was small, dry, and definitely not worth five dollars! I am so disappointed with my experience and I won't be ordering from here again.
