Got my laptops fixed here a couple times. Problem is they send it off to another store instead of fixing it right there and then. I even ran into issues with an initial repair price plus the spy shop price. If I knew that I would have went to the source to get it repaired without the middleman price. Suffice to say I argued my way out of paying the middleman price. After all, they hadn't even told me about the middleman price. Took a day or two for them to get it to the other store, a few days to fix it, and a day or two to bring it back to this store. In the future I'll be looking elsewhere to avoid the issue with 2 stores. And forget about best buy or staples. They charge you mad money for services you don't even need. All I need is a simple one time price fix for whats wrong.
