I went into Bewitched on Broadway with a gift certificate (for manicure and pedicure) I had won in a raffle a few years ago. They told me they would not accept it because it was too old.
Now, I would understand if they went out of business, I would be out of luck. However, I walked in there, it was completely empty and they would not honor the gift certificate to their own store!
P.S. there was NO expiration date on the gift certificate. RUDE!
