First off they changed their name from Beverly hills furniture store to national furniture outlet and they state they changed management. Poor/fair is an overstatement! The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. My wife and I purchased a bedroom set on February 23rd. They originally told us it would arrive the second week of March without giving an exact date. So WE had to call every 2 days or so to get a date so we make sure we are there to receive it. Their response each time was "we don't have a date yet but we'll call you back" Not once EVER did they call us back. Fast forward to last week (a month and a half later). They stated it would be arriving the following Monday. I call on that Monday (once again) to get a time frame so we can work it around our work schedule. They said they never said Monday but I would be receiving it the day after (Tuesday). Here is where we called the BBB and are awaiting an answer from them. Tuesday comes and I call yet once again to get a time frame and again they state it will be coming tomorrow (Wednesday). You probably wonder why I haven't cancelled the order yet. The receipt that we signed states if we cancel the order we only get store credit. By now they should pay us for everything we went through. Stay far away from this store!
