What a disorganized, unprofessional mess. The wait time is at least an hour and a half. When I was in the credit card machine was not working. I gave the woman behind the counter $20 for my $15 co-pay and she couldn't make change. Apparently I have to eat the expense of their malfunctioning equipment. Staff was rude and the waiting area packed. If you have the option to go elsewhere, do it.
