The turkey bagel was delicious, however my other bagel Taylor ham and cheese the Taylor ham was so burnt it was almost inedible

Nothing. Went in w/my 3 kids and waited 45 mins for my food. I went up to counter to ask where it was, gentleman was rude and said its 1st come 1st serve. Ppl after were served..
