Do Not Use this company. I called them for a quote on a condemned Heat Timer. I specifically told them that I was not placing a service call but that I wanted a quote for a (heat timer) replacement. They said they would send a man to my location to do a site survey in order to provide me with a quote, which they did. The man was on site here 20 minutes to check the sensor line shielding and sensor locations.
The company then sent me a bill for $170. When I called to explain that I had requested a replacement quote, not a service call, the man I spoke with became loud and belligerent, mocking me....telling me to go back to "mopping floors and taking out the trash". Also, there was a fake authorization name on the bill (Tony???). Such corruption! I made this request personally and there is nobody named Tony at my location. This is corruption at its finest....Stear clear of this company, they want to bill you for services never rendered!
