Bennett is the worst attorney.
I hired him to dispute the cost of repair when Hurricane Irene affected my condo. He asked me to pay full in front and after he cashed the check, he disappeared. I called him 20 times and left messages and messages... I did not get reply from him even once. I visited his office and his nasty secretary said "He is out all day". I explained her that he has not perform anything for me at all. She said she would let him know I visited him. But I did not hear from his at all after that. Basically he took my money for nothing. Don't hire him. He will just steal your money.
