family visit just before high holy days ... very distressed by condition of grave site in spite of having perpetual care...cleaned/cleared site themselves

My great grandparents, grandfather, aunts, uncles and cousins have been buried here. Three generations. I have not had one good experience - ever. At my grandfather's funeral i was interrupted mid- eulogy and told we needed to leave the room immediately. Mid - eulogy talking about my grandfather - who meant the world to me. These people have zero compassion, and are absolutely rude and uncaring. I would not be caught dead here.

Totally agree with fellow reviver that you need to constantly stay on top of the office to get them to do proper care for graves with perpetual care. I had to place numerous calls re this, and have to continue to do so.
