The tours are very enjoyable. Took a few of them. Got to taste some wonderful food, and see the sights at the same time. Our guide was well-spoken, knowledgeable, as well friendly and engaging. Really made you feel like a part of the group! Can't wait to take another!

This was the most fun tour I've ever been on. I went on the Italian tour in Boston and it was even better than I expected! Our guide Tim was so knowledgable and charming. You could tell he really has a passion for Italian cuisine! Loved the cannolis and loved Tim. I will definitely choose Best Tours again on my next vacation.

We booked this through a Groupon and understand that they have different tours so this was the CUPCAKE tour that we went on. As a note we were 2 adults and 2 teens (14 and 13 ).

Our tour started at a meeting point right outside Union Square, which I have to be honest, it was hot out and we were pretty uncomfortable, but she made sure we left right at 3 PM and were on our way! Our first stop was about a block up at Baked by Melissa cupcakes. It was nice because they sell water for $1.50 so we could get re-hydrated and we enjoyed a mini cupcake (all their cupcakes are mini's )

Our next stop was about about a ten minute walk to Amorino, which is a gelato shop. We had the mango gelato and this was a lovely stop.

The next stop (which was the longest ) was at Mollys. I have to say that this was out favorite. They have swing chairs ( you cant swing in them, but they are still neat anyhow! ) and we got to make our own cupcake ( you pick the cake / frosting and there is a sprinkle bar) It was nice to sit in the A/C and cool off and this place is very cute.

The last stop was at Serendipity where we got red velvet cupcakes. Overall, the cupcakes were very yummy and the walk around this part of town was very nice. I was rather unfamiliar with this area of NYC and it was nice to see town this way. I think she said it was about a 1.25 mile walk so it wasnt bad at all. Our guide was very nice and friendly and we would absolutely recommend this tour!

My Ghost tour for 11 June was cancelled due to low numbers. I had 9 in my party. What constitutes low numbers, they did not say! I called Living Social (on hold for 20 minutes) to see about a refund in the form of deal bucks and they told me the vouchers show as redeemed. So, I called Best Tours. Had a hard time actually speaking to someone but, surprise, an actual person answered finally! They were of very little help. They cannot refund because of course it was thru LS. I explained to the young lady that they, Best Tours, has to fix it so the vouchers do not show as redeemed as to get the deal bucks from LS. Well, they can't seem to do that, for what reason, I'm not quite sure. Long story I know but to sum it up, I would not recommend Best Tours to anyone and will definitely tell my friends & family don't bother because of what I've gone thru with them. You can take my word for it or not. If it was a small amount, I wouldn't concern myself but it's close to $120 I spent for this tour I was really looking forward to with my family. So Best Tours, if you see this review, I'm still trying to resolve this. Maybe I'll get lucky and the right person will see this post. So far Best Tours, thanks for nothing!
