Dr. Alhadid is very knowledgeable and patient. You don't feel rushed, and he explains exactly what he's doing before he does it. I also thought his staff- his assistant, and the manager at the front desk- were polite and well-trained. I will gladly refer people to this office.

Five stars for a dentist? You betcha. Dr Alhadid and his assistant Diana made this nervous nellie feel calm and comfortable immediately. He delivered fast pain free treatment of cracked filling, cleaned my teeth and checked my gums. Diana provided pain free ex rays and polished my teeth. Jessica the office manager explained costs before any work completed. I recommend Best Care Dental in Jackson Heights. My teeth look great, thanks Doc.

BestCare Family Dental has been the premiere doctor-patient experience of my life. The kindness, calm and professionalism of the entire staff hits you like a thunderbolt upon entering the office and doesn't let up until your visit is finished. All of that begins with Dr. A...a nice, funny man who is tirelessly dedicated to his craft. With Dr. A., you enter as a patient and leave as a friend. You can't ask for much more than that.

I had a great experience here. My dentist was Dr. Al-Hadid, who was kind and engaging. He recognized that I had sensitive gums and numbed them before the cleaning, which is definitely the farthest any dentist has ever gone to make me comfortable. The equipment seems top notch, the x-rays were comprehensive. All in all, highly recommended. Also, it seems like they take all sorts of insurance. I had no problems with my Aetna PPO.
