We had a great experience. We bought from them when we were doing our two bedroom apartment and had no problems. When we bought the house we came back to them and got everything (tiles, vanities, toilets, accent tile, paint, kitchen cabinets knobs and mosaic tile). We have a lot of compliments on tile and we love it.
