Best Western Riverview Inn & Suites

Very clean, nice and comfortable will definitely stay here again.

No hot water. Complained but no one paid attention. Called from room but no one attended phone at desk. Very very average hotel.

Easy access from the highway

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! BED BUG infestation, and mgmt is simply horrible. He hung up the phone on me when i insisted to speak to a manager Ernest (since they just leave a front end girl) and said i was "rude", excuse me, your guest is covered in bed bug bites and instead of fulfilling your GM duties and fixing the situation, its easier to call me rude, hang up, and get back to whatever ur doing when you should be managing your hotel.

I didn't even make it passed the lobby.
My boyfriend and I started having once a month weekend get a ways. We decided to try a different hotel so we went on Expedia for better deals. We came across Best Western Riverview Inn & Suites and liked what we saw. However, when we arrived to check in, we were denied due to being "underaged." The hotel's check in policy is 21, but on Expedia it said 18 to check in. The front desk woman asked her manager if we could still stay and he said a flat out no. He didn't even show his face or try to help us find another room somewhere else since it wasn't our fault. I thought that was rude. I just heard him from the other room. The front desk woman then said to just contact Expedia and get my money back. They should have contacted Expedia and correct them for false advertising not me. Second, the manager should have came out to speak to me. Third, they just let us go. What if my boyfriend and I were traveling and there weren't other rooms available somewhere else?

I was furious. They were zero help. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We ended up staying at the Hampton Inn in Linden. Super polite, helpful, and clean.
