Best Western Jfk Airport Hotel

The service was wonderful and Feroza served us during breakfast like we were royalty. The shuttle service was very nice also.

Book a sleep and fly through their website and got two prices with one 70 dollars higher than the other saying with 7 days parking.We traveled for 5 hours and reached the hotel late at night and the front desk told me the high price I paid doesn't include parking.I was quite sure that they gave one lower price for the room with no description on Sleep and park, and another higher price with description of sleep and park package available online.The front desk told me ' available ' doesn't means you can. I called the BE service, and was told not to book through their own website, and should book through reservation call. Which means my fault to book online and I need to take the responsibility of system failure. I actually paid another 130 again for the parking. I was told by my friend before not to stay in Best Western ,my fault didn't take their advice. I can see a similar situation happens to a guest previously. You really need to look into the problem.

Very friendly service, very convenient to airport. Great rate. Room was small but reasonable for location. Waffle breakfast was really delicious.

I spent 12 nights in this hotel in October this year together with my mom and we have had great service there. Not only the check inn also the check out was very fast without any problems. Our room was neat and clean, only the TV had not so many channels but we came for the city anyways. Breakfast was every day the same but it had anything you need. Eggs, meat, waffles, bagels etc. And our breakfast attendant was so warm and welcoming every morning. She had our waffles ready when I came with my mom. Everybody at this hotel was very nice to us, even the manager came every second day to our breakfast table to check if everything was alright. But Feroza, our breakfast attendant made our stay very special and unique. It almost felt like a 5 star hotel. Thank you so much! Nice greets from Germany

I booked a Park and Fly and stayed a night at the hotel. When I came back from the trip overseas a week later with wife and two small kids, they denied to pay for the parking lot. The front desk clerk said that they had no way of reaching management to handle the situation. Even though it was prepaid they would not honor and I waited almost three hours for a response or someone to take care of it. No one replied and front desk still denied parking. After 3 hours and tired and crying kids I paid the $130 dollars extra to get my car out.

I sent an email to management and corporate and still waiting for a response.

Never staying at a Best western again. they are liers and cheats.
