Great place to stay. Clean and it was easy to get to the LIRR to Penn Station. Agatha at the front desk was very helpful! Would stay there again! No complaints!

The restaurant was so good but expensive. The mall is near by. So location is nice. And a friendly staff.

The room was booked through the hotel website, so no complications were expected, but I still got a queen size bed instead of the king size that was requested. I had to go all the way up to the room to find this out, the person at check in did not mention it to me. I eventually walked to a nearby sister hotel (again the check in desk didn't bother to do this for me) to check if they had any rooms available. Once I was up in the room it smelled like a skunk died in there. And it was the person who showed me the room who spoke about the smell. Do not stay here.

Its clean and they location is actually very good. And, if you are korean or/and likes korean food there are some around there too.

First thing we noticed it was clean, it felt clean, it smelled clean and it was clean! The cleaning lady is friendly and says good morning and she does a truly great job. The breakfast is good too, great eggs, sausage, bagels rolls sweets and fruit and yogurt and an awesome coffee machine will make anything you want coffee wise and tea is available too. Breakfast is from 7:30 till 10:30, so very convenient. The rooms and bathrooms are very small indeed, but again its so clean and that is what we care about the most!
