- Terrible #114298

It is the worst service ever. Rude drivers, bad attention. This company has a huge problem hiring employees. This is so sad, amazing ugly and dangerous. We travel from Aurora to NYC on May 15th, 2016. The driver was rude, kind of psychopath. Very dangerous. Watch out!

Its an excellent company. I rented a bus for 56 people, for a family trip to Dorney Park and the bus itself was very clean, free wi-fi, plugs available in every seat, bathroom in an excellent condition, TV also alvailable, AC very good... Overall it was a very confortable trip to be in. The driver was very nice and came on time. I highly recommend Best Trails & Travel.
