"Alex" is a complete moron. Brought my watch in here to change the battery. Alex proceeded to hack the back of the watch with a small knife to get the back open right in front of me. Ended up putting several deep scratch marks on the back and then when he was finished, he completely denied doing it saying it was there already. This guy is a piece of work. If you want your watch repair, go to a professional - this guy is a complete douchebag!
