Best Nails

Big mess in keeping appointment on time. Tried twice. Never again.

The lady there was very fast with my eyebrows. Didn't do a good job. Will never come here again. She rushed everything . Horrible horrible horrible

After today I won't be returning. One of the new technicians burned my daughter below her eyebrows. She wasn't careful with the HOT wax then proceeded to rub alcohol on my daughter's burned skin. Incompetence at its best.

"Best Nails" more like worst nails!!! I walked in and was greeted by a worker and he told me to pick a color, then another worker who did my nails was invading my personal space and told me to get one of these nailpolishes that are $5 more because it's better and does not chip. Spoiler alert 4 hours later chipped! The lady doing my nails kept on talking on her phone and constantly stopping to text someone or look at another workers phone. She also got glue on my fingers and did not bother to take it off and pricked my finger and again did nothing! Another worker asked me if I wanted my eyebrows done I said no his answer you sure you need them
Done. I felt so disrespected and uncomfortable!! Last time I got my eyebrows done there they messed me up! NEVER GO THERE!

This place is dirty . I don't recommend this place to nobody. They customer service skills is poor. I went to get my feet done and they won't clean the foot spa out. The owner was the worst . He refused to let anyone clean out the foot spa and then calls me dirty. Lmbo. *Always ask Salons to clean their tools and foot spas before using them on you or you will find yourself with foot and nail issues and don't understand where it came from or how it happened. Just because a Salon look clean don't mean what they are using on you is clean.
