Best Nails

HORRIBLE!!!!! I will NEVER go back! I was a long time customer. I am tired of making appointments to only get there on time and have to wait 30-45 minutes. Then I get shoved off on someone that I didn't make the appointment with...half way through get shoved off to the person I did make the appointment with. And the constant stopping to answer a phone or to just get up and chat with someone or to go wax someones brows!!!! Enough!!!! Learn how to run a business!!!!! This is just a horrible way to treat a long time customer!! Never again!!! It won't be long before others leave too! Added note....I think this place is filthy! I have the mind to call the board of health on them! I also do not believe half of those women have licenses to do nails. They seem to change workers often. Licenses are not displayed. Do yourself a big favor and find another place to get your nails done!! They will not see not one more penny from me!

I have been going here for awhile and I don't know what is going on but I will NOT be going back.

The last couple times I go have been horriable. The wait time is ridiculous and today it took an hour and 45 mins to get a fill. Just the fill. Mind you every single
nail cuticle was cut and bleeding! Nails are uneven and lumpy! $45.00 for this crap. The two times before this my nails chipped within a week, the gel was put on so thick it look horriable. It doesn't matter who you go to there either anymore, they all cannot use the file they all rip up your cuticles! Today I was bleeding, i didn't even see the tech throw the file out, she just put it back to use again. Gross! Beyond unsatisfied!

Omg the most horrible place ever. Called asked about French acrylic with white polish drawn French. Lady told me 35$ on the phone. I came in, girl started doing my nails...piling I mean PILING on acrylic, I told her it's too much she said "I'm not done yet". The nails were crooked, acrylic was so thick and she started piling it on from the top of the nail and it was all over the place, left lines that you can see through the polish. She kept pressing so hard with the filing machine, kept burning me I kept asking her to file lightly. Then she "drew" the white polish lines. It looks so crooked so horrid I wanted to cry. The most sloppy job I've ever had. Then she charged me 38$ I told her I described everything I wanted on the phone to the girl and she told me $35. Girl said no $38... I wasn't gonna argue with her over $3 that she obviously needed way more than I. Never again. Save your money and go to a normal place. This was a nightmareeeee!

I will not be returning to this salon. Although they have the best massaging Pedicure chairs, the Pedicure not so much! Obviously I had interrupted the worker's phone call & it seemed more of a priority to take the call then take care of my paid services. I even went as far as painting my own toes while I was there, what a waste!!

Stolen credit card #. Was there for 3 DAMN hours. DO NOT GO
