Best Friend Grooming

I wish i would have taken pictures of my super cute Yorkie Sammy right after his haircut. I have taken him to a few places before I moved to the area and was hoping I would find a good place near us. This grooming salon is one of the best i've seen. Not only were they nice and sweet with me, and also accommodating, but Sammy never looked better! They are professional and very kind. So glad I found them and cant' wait to take him here again. Thank you!

KILLERS, they make you suffer, they killed my healthy cat, DO NOT TRUST THEM, save your loved ones

Horrible service, the lady who works there is extremely rude. I tried to make an appointment and she just talked to me like i was a child and didnt speak english. She has horrible customer service skills. Go to doggydogworld on coney island ave. The lady who works there is nice and always willing to make time for appointments. I ended up going there and was very satisfied with my dogs cut.

After 8 years of service my dog started to come home with a irritated eye after her grooming. The first time I returned with my dog to have the groomers of Best Friends tell me maybe she came here with that I let it go, but trust me she knew as well as I did my dog was fine when she arrived. The next visit we specified be very careful around her eye and do not cut to close to it my dog came home ok (not 100%). The third time my dogs eye was so irrated that I had to clean and rinse for four days. During all this time (Nela the owner never called with any concern instead when I called to make the following appointmnet (shame on me) I was told that she cant groom my dog anymore and told me I put to much pressure on her and that after the last time I gave her HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE and proceeded to hang up on me. Very poor professionalism for ANY business owner to conduct themselves. If you cant take preesure you should not be in the customer service business. If I can be treated this way after all the years of being a loyal customer and referred several new customers. Just be very careful when you bring your pet to this groomer they take no responsibility for any damages to your pets. SHAME ON YOU NELA OF BEST FRIENDS.
