Myself and my brother have both used Best Carpets for our home renovations and our mother is working with them now! We have always been met with patience, a "can do" attitude and plenty of knowledge. I recently underwent a total gut renovation my condo and when things were going wrong with my other contractors, Mike A & the rest of the staff at BCI were the only ones who made me feel like it was going to be taken care of & done correctly.

Excellent customer service!
I went in and was greeted by a friendly staff. They went above and beyond to help my needs.

They delivered on time!
I will definitely recommend this place for all types of flooring and design needs@
