Best Buy

I've seen the previous reviews and am surprised by most of them. We had a perfectly good experience here. Two people helped us. The item we wanted was in stock and a good price. It was the same price as Target. Salespeople were very helpful.

Worst ever they had an unexpirianced ppl trying to help customers plus she kept looking somwlewhere else while i was talking to her then i was trying to change my phone and they all took someone else instead of asking me if i needed help when i said something they just asked me to wait again while i was looking at them have there side conversation! !

This store is a mess. Between the disorganization of the floor to the clueless staff. They can't even keep accurate stock. I placed a online order for in store pickup. They claimed to have 5 in Stock when I ordered. Turns out they have 0 in Stock. It's okay though, they would have it again in 3 months! They also wouldn't give me a refund on my order because it was a online order. I ended up having to drive up to Saratoga Springs (3 hours away) to get my product. What a mess.

I also purchased a mouse here once, and when I opened it was a rock. Clearly someone opened the item, took the mouse and then returned it. Not only did they sell the mouse as new (which it wouldn't have been), it was a freaking rock! Needless to say I didn't get a refund.

Avoid this best buy. Or in general, best buy.

Al the security guard / going to move or promoted to sales !!! Hell yeah man go to sales after waiting 15 mins for someone to assist me .. This dude (Al ) step up to the plate and hit a home run in customer service helping me out . Also saved me some money too. Just wish I had my isimple installed in my truck . But other wise nice job Al good luck in sales bro !!!
