The worse and most horrible Best Buy store I have ever been and I am Elite Member, I wanted to return a product on Sunday and had to travel from Bergen County because stores in My County only work Monday through Saturday, but person (she) says that they can't take it because they don't have that Model in their store and system did not allowed her to make a return, I said ok and went to see if she is lying and she was actually lying because they do sell that model and was on display, I got really mad and told her to call supervisor, Supervisor immediately process the return and said I don't know why would she do that, I don't know what's her problem but I will talk to her , I told him but we very unhappy with whatever happened and will review your store badly, this shouldn't happen at all, if customer has a receipt and returning within 10 days on 14 days return policy, plus I also purchased 3 years extended warranty on this item. I believe people like her should not be allowed to work in Customer service or with customers period.

It's your pretty average best buy. Yes you can get a lot of things cheaper on amazon, but you don't get to try it out and if they have something on sale it's the same price so just shop smartly.
The 2 star rating is partially for the tiny parking lot and it being hidden behind the main stores, tricky to find. But mostly it's because I went 2 days before Christmas and they have 3 out of 8 registers open? Are you kidding? The line was so long it wrapped through the appliances section. If you don't have half your registers open on this busy of a day, what are they even there for?

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Im a manager and this particular manager is horrible their was only one on duty who couldnt of been more unfriendly if he tried... Im upset I forgot his name but hes kinda balding... I found myself waiting for an hour to buy a desktop he was giving the person in front of me and the ladying waiting after me a difficult time , it started out with one customer and kept building cause he was literally walking around doing NOTHING. Ive never experienced such bad service and I dont like to review badly but corporate should do something about this location, I will never buy another item from here until they can train the staff how to be professional..how do they expect people to give their hard earned money on large purchases and have a lousy experience...not me.

Just getting home from Best Buy and i'm not to happy.Brought a Laptop from there yesterday for a good price [$279.00 including tax].Received a email this evening saying 50% off,so wanting to get one for my middle child i thought i thought this was the perfect opp.Arrived at the store there were only a few left,great.Went to the register explained that i brought one yesterday what's the 50% off price.Guy at the register scans the box and tells me the same price i paid yesterday.I showed him the email on my phone and he acted surprized,i read it to him to be sure he understood and he said 50% only on certain items.I asked him to show me the items that were 50% off and he just stood there. I knew i had him so i went on to say let me pick a Laptop from that group.He finallysaid there's really no sale it's just to attract cust-. Brought a lot of stuff from Best Buy and use to trust them,not anymore.It seems like there just as greedy and crooked as the smaller stores.Shame on you Best Buy for deceptive ads around the Holiday,you're just like the rest. Shame on you.

This best buys is very hard to access and hard to spot. It's like hidden behind tons of objects. I don't understand this particular location. My GPS went whack to find a way to get inside. Plus when you go inside, everything is so expensive. Literally there's nothing worth buying here. You're better off going to Amazon because they sell everything at its actual retail prices instead of discounted prices on amazon and etc. The staff here are not friendly. Most of their products are outdated and not worth my time. Go find a different beat buy in the area and or try an alternative.
