It being the ONLY local Best Buy in the area I can't say it's too bad. If you already go in knowing what you want and have done your research you should be ok. If you need help or advice once in the store be careful as they will try to sell you all kinds of things you don't need. Staff not very helpful in terms of knowing the tech and specifications of most products.

Dont ever ask this person for help. I was trying to see the CD section. I went wife and she wanted some cds for record. I asked someone who worked who was near by and it was "edgar" and that was on his name tag. I asked him and he said "get with the program, use ur iphone to play music its 2007." That was rude and i almost had a fight with him but i would get arrested again

I wish I could give a zero to this store and Best Buy as a company on the whole. Dealing with this company and their store is a real nightmare. First of all, the staff doesn't know what they are doing and make everything turn around in a vicious circle. I ordered a laptop memory at the store to be delivered at my address because they didn't have the item at the store. When the order was finally delivered, it turned out that it was for a pc! So I called their 800 line and someone just hung up on me. Then someone else spoke to a girl at the store and was told that I could return the item to the store and order the right one. When I finally got to the store, the girl said that I couldn't return it to the store because it had been shipped (but ordered at the same store by one of her colleagues!). So no matter what you do, you run into obstacles like in Alice Wonderland's fairy tale. When I called the Best Buy about my points, it turned out they had a problem with their website and couldn't open an account for me! And they said that they had this problem with many other customers! What kind of company is that? Is it because the owners are so cheap and pay their workers $8.25 an hour for a 25hr week that nobody wants to work for them? They probably don't even train their people but make them do some stupid tests called training - a common practice in those bs corporate stores. People should start boycotting those stores because you can't buy anything - one obstacle after the other which makes you very frustrated. I will never deal with this company ever again.

I wanted to buy the Note 5. So I go there and wait for like 15 mins. No one helps me at all. I started to look for someone and couldnt find anyone to help me. So I left, I took my business somewhere else. Terrible Costumer service.

Its the worst service of best buy..
They dont know how to explain the customers while buying an item as they dont expalin any of the policy..only want that we should take their credit card as that they explain too well.
When we call the customer service they hang up the phone instead of explainig and they are being paid for hanging up the phone..
Would recommend never go their.
