Weak Chromebook selection. Do people even buy Windows computers anymore?! Seems like that's all they have here. :(

Over priced. They wanted 40$ for an HDMI cable. Don't shop there anymore. You can find better stuff online for way cheaper. Most of the staff are not super knowledgeable as well, they are friendly though. Geek squad is a complete rip off.

I didn't even want to give 1 star. I was told that I would get a new in box iPhone if my phone had to replaced a 3rd time with the same software issue. 2 people confirmed this statement but manager still refused to zero out one off the shelf. Well, I won't be shopping there anymore for your bad customer service. I'd rather drive 30 min away for better service. Thank you

Customer service at Best Buy is terrible, and this location takes the cake. They flat out lied to me, promised me things and took it back. It's very hard to believe they are in business. I would not recommend buying anything here! Maybe they should change the name to Worst Buy, that's more suited.
