EVERYONE IS SO AWESOME HERE!!! I HAVE THE MOST SWAGGEST MANAGERS EVER!!!:) I LOVE IT A LOT!!! WE WORK TOGETHER AS A TEAM TO GET THE JOB DONE!!! IT'S FANTASTIC!!! FABULOUS PLACE TO WORK AT!!! I'M TRULY BLESSED!!! MY EXPERIENCE HERE HAS BEEN SPECTACULAR!!!

Staff needs more training .. They all ask for help but make u wait for someone who is trained for that particular item and there might be 4 other customers waiting for that one associate while other 10 employees are standing around .

Don't do Cell phones through Best Buy they are absolutely terrible. Staff is nice but they take forever to get you out of the store. Also after you get a new phone make sure you cancel the old insurance or they will keep taking your money...

The service in this Best Buy store is hit or miss,you can go in on a Monday and the staff are more than willing to help you,you can go back on a Wednesday, and the staff look right through you like a pane of glass. I will say this for Best Buy Baldwin, of all the times I have gone in there, it's mostly miss. I have been in other Best Buy stores in and out of the area,and those other stores are worlds apart compared to Best Buy in Baldwin. the Baldwin store seems to have a care less attitude about their customers.
