Worst best buy ever. The manager Marvel is rude and just an a$$. Refused to accept a return and accused me of being up to something. What the hell? Lied about the reason they wouldn't do it. All employees dont do anything they just stand around talking with each other. Went to another best buy returned my item in 5 minutes. Just horrible do not go here. Bestbuy needs to do something about this store just HORRIBLE. I agree with other review this guy who is the manager wears a hoodie to work while everybody else wears a uniform just so un professional.

One of the worst experiences I had in any store, let alone, any best buy.
Look out for the store manager (who wears a nfl hooded sweatshirt) VERY NON UNIFORM OR PROFESSIONAL, and barely attempts to help his guests in customer service.
All staff are not even knowlegable of the policy for items being bought online for pick up vs. Instore.
Huge waste of time. Dont go to this store. You will certainly be dissatisfied.

Horrible customer service here. The employees are very rude. The service over on the phone is atrocious. It was 7:00pm and i called to check the pricing on a certain item (closing time is 9pm), and bot told me that i was behind 2 other customers. This went on for 1hr and 30 minutes until i gave up. I refuse to believe that it would take that long for them to assist customers over the phone. Probably an auto-reply that a bot does so the employees dont have to deal with customerse over the phone.

I had to buy some accessories for my car and I was able to easily pricematch here. They validate for free parking in the tower. The only challenge is finding the actual parking g area. Its hard to find in the mass traffic.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Sales person just ingnore the customer and doesnt work at all.
3 employee care 1 person and customer looking for sales person.
Why they are work over there?
Even one sales person lie to customer to buy another tv.
Samsung 4k 3d tv doesnt work 3d function?
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.
