It's not the best Best Buy chain, but it's the only one around the area I guess. Nothing too special to say about it. It's a pretty big store so you might find some of the things you're looking for. It's also good place to take a look at some of the smartphones, tablets and laptops.

I have been a customer of Best Buy since 2009 I bought thousands of dollars products including 6 lap tops and a tablet. Last month I went to buy a new lab top but because of a defect l had to exchange it after one week, the second one is the same came with a defect and also the third one. I had to return three lap tops in couple of weeks.
And for the last to times I had the worst customer service ever, especially today when the customer care representative felt not ok when I asked for a manager to talk to because I need a device and I don't wanna come back for the fourth time, she went and talked to another employee and came back to tell me with attitude return it or exchange. Then I insist again to see a manager so she went inside and came with a manager who said to me angrily " this not out problem we don't make them here, return it or buy something else". They left no choice for me just to leave the store and never come back!

Over the years I've purchased about 8 or so tablets from this particular Best Buy 2 for myself the others as gifts. 2 days after buying my children Samsung tables my son dropped his & the screen cracked I had purchased the extend warranty & had no issues what so ever , walked in explained the problem & was out the door in minutes with a new tablet. Fast forward about a year & a half my daughters tablet charging port was not working properly again I went in & in minutes had my tablet shipped out to be fixed & was returned to me in about a week with no issues. In addition about a month ago my sons tablet was not working properly I again walked in explained the problem & within a week had the tablet returned to me with the mother board & charging port replaced again with no issues . This is the go 2 place for all of my electronic needs . Over the years I've learned that if you treat others with respect U in turn will be treated with respect as well .

If i could give them a negative I WOULD!!! Close at 8pm on Christmas Eve????!!!??!? Waited 15min for info on the Samsung VR device?!?!? Thats what shifts are for ! We are here spending our money and u wanna hurry us out the store??!?! WACK!!!!

I been shopping more than 20 years . First time in my life i heard that i have to pay extra money for exchange an same item . This lady work for customer service keep arguing with me that i cannot do same price because the price went up already. Im not buying a new item and ask her to price match. At the end, the manager came over and settle the problem. I got my exchange after arguing with this non sense customer service for 15 mins. If you dont wanna waste your time for non-sense people, you should go to the manager directly.
