The staff here was very helpful and friendly despite visiting in the post Christmas frenzy. They found me the product I was looking for and even price matched a competitor who was selling it cheaper.

Not a fan of best buy. Customer service is not the best. I had to wait around about 10 minutes for someone to assist me. Every works in silo, so if you are in camera and there is no one available. You are out of luck.

Wow where do I start from. Guys came to deliver my new fridge and they were so upset they had to carry it 3 flights up thr stairs so o the way out they wrote on my car (2MD).
Police report has been made,coporate office has been contacted and their insurance company has been contacted also.

Worst bestbuy on staten island everytime I've ever went here I've sat around waiting and waiting for somone to at least ask me if I need help with anything and everytime I get inpatient after waiting 20mins just for assistance and I leave I do not recommend this store. They should do a complete overhaul of the staff and get more customer friendly employees.
