Horrible dealership. made a appointment to pick up car on Thursday. been talking with the lady sense Monday. Thursday comes around 1/28/16 Drive 50 mins away to this dealership to only find out that the car was sold. Argued with owner sales person then realized that this dealership is a piece of crap!!!
IF YOU WANT A USED CAR PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE!!! THIS DEALERSHIP IS A SCAM!!! DON'T SHOP HERE!!

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!
If you don't visit the guys and gals at Best Auto, before your next purchase, your selling yourself short.
I drove by this dealership a whole week before I got the courage to go in. Saw the SUV I wanted parked in front of a Maserati. I thought the price would be that much higher. Wrong! I walked in with pay stubs and a deposit and drove home in the SUV that had been eye balling for a week. The entire process was painless, hagal free and under 2 hours, thanks to my salesmen Gene, whom comes across as an honest and knowledgable guy.The manager, Shah, even had one of his guys follow me home in my old car while I drove my new SUV.
I can't say enough about these guys. They were all about getting me what I wanted without the usual car buying BS! I'll be back.

Basically, these people are a scam. They advertise a price online but when I walked in I learned that this price is only valid with in-house financing. They also have $1000 fee if I switch there was no mention in the online listing. I'm not even sure how it is legal to advertise the price and then force financing on it. This seems to be a common shady scheme in New York City.

Came in looking for a Nissan Altima and was very pleased to know that they had quite a few options. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Nissan Altima. The process was alot quicker than I had expected and I was quite pleased to know that all the payments were in my budget. I would greatly recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking for a car. Very quick and simple! :)

I love my car so I will be generous and give them 2 stars. Outside of me having a car the quality of service has MUCH to be desired. Initially, there were certain things I was not impressed with but I liked the car and they had it. However, they charge a fee of almost $1000 for delivery and repairs and other incidentals. I later learned that delivery fee is for new cars from manufacturers to dealers. My car wasn't new and it was already in their lot. My front bumper was messed up and the right passenger door had a noticeable dent. They kind of fixed the bumper but not the dent in the door. They gave me the car with only one key and I requested that they make another key since I am paying for repairs and incidentals and the fact that I took the car without insisting they fix the door. I was told they they would speak to the owner and get back to me later that afternoon. I haven't gotten that call back as yet and its been over a week. My registration was to be sent to them and they were supposed to contact me regarding that. No one has contacted me and when I call the person responsible is not available. I feel like they have a screw you attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone
