I really love this place - i am so glad it's right by my apartment. Everyone is super nice.
I sometimes even bring my daughter for a polish and she also loves coming here. :)
I did my first bio gel done here and so far it has been wonderful. !!

Finally a nail salon in Queens area with a certified and experienced biosculptured gel specialist! Charlene (the owner) was very friendly, caring and most importantly professional. The salon itself looks cozy and clean. I would definitely recommend to check it out if you live in Queens/LI and want a healthier, more natural looking gel nails!

I went last night after work with my girlfriend without an appointment for manis and pedis. It costs $21 Mon. - Thurs. which is a great price. The owner Charlene and a manicurist Ivy greeted us right away and were very friendly and welcoming. They took us right away, helped each of us to pick out nail colors. Next they took my friend to a chair first, and told me that the chair next to her would be free in another couple of minutes so we can sit together. Although my pedicure did not include any kind of foot rub/leg massage, Ivy was extremely careful doing both my pedicure and manicure -- it came out perfect! She also gently told us about additional salon services (upselling) but was not pushy in any way.
My friend and I were so happy at the end, that we vowed to return for a special pedicure spa service soon. I just moved about 2 blocks away and am SO happy to find this great salon!!!

I just had a manicure and pedicure tonight and I must say, that was the worst manicure/pedicure I ever had. First off, the price is great- $21 for both and it's cheaper than most of the places in Forest Hills. But you get what you pay, I guess. First of all, the person doing my nails seemed like she was some underage teenager. The girl did not seem interested in doing her job. When she did my pedicure, usually they rub clean your feet and give you a little massage with the lotion. I got none of that. Pretty much she just did my nails and rubbed lotion on my leg quickly. Second, when she was cutting my cuticles she kept hurting me and when I would say something she would say oh its not bleeding so its ok. Really? Is that the standard now? No blood so its ok? For the manicure she missed a few spots and actually broke the nail cutter. Next, while waiting for the nails to dry, she tried to give me a massage which pretty much consisted of her pinching my shoulders hard. I literally told her to stop because it was that bad. I would not recommend this place, especially since my nail polish chipped almost immediately after I stepped out of the salon. Lastly, I am pregnant and they didn't even have enough professionalism to take the tissue from between my toes out- I guess preggo women should just get used to bending over and doing that themselves since it's just so easy for us! I will not go here again and I don't recommend this place to anyone. Just pay the extra five dollars and go someplace else that has a more professional staff.

I went with a discount certificate, e.g. Groupon, for a mani-pedi. It was okay, but I would never go back at full price, if that's what I would get.
