This is the most unprofessional public accountants that I have ever worked with. They are basically bounty hunter debt collectors. They apparently only have one employee, Maureen who does all their dirty work. She's incompetent to say the least. I have been more than complacent, giving them my credit number several times to make payment arrangements. However, she continuously failed to send out authorizations in the mail for me to sign up for automatic payments. 2 months later, I get a letter in the mail saying that I am delinquent. This has happened several times. Maureen has still failed to send me a copy of original physicians bill, so I've been basically paying them on an honor system. Well clearly I'm the only one practicing that honor system. Today, after trying to explain this to her for the third time, she yelled and said, "oh well, I'll just tell them that you refuse to pay the bill!" Which #1 is untrue because I didn't have a chance to say anything over all of her yelling! Please don't use these public accountants!
