Bergenfield High School

I went through the school system of bergenfield. I had an IEP which my case managers never helped out what so ever. I graduated in 2009. And now all I hear is that bergenfield is the best public school. I find that complete rubish. I feel that I graduated and the only thing that I learned from being in bergenfield was that I can play many instruments. there is so many indisrections with these schools. some of these teachers are just there for the money. they need to get new administration!

Don't read any review prior to 2010 because the school has jumped 100 spots since 2008 and will keep on improving. Like what most will say about Bergenfield's school district, the Music Department is the most standout program in the school system--voted as one of the best music communities in America with a rich marching band history and one of the few schools with Electronic Music classes. Academically, they have added more AP classes since I graduated, even AP art courses. They're also helping students more with college planning and campus visits. They've raised their academic standards in general. The facilities have been upgraded: new field track, gym floors, gym lockers, restrooms, and have more renovations in plan. The athletics have improved greatly. The wrestling program is one of, if not the best of its division. Football team went from a losing streak to ranking in the top 25 of North Jersey. The school is moving in the right direction. And less students are choosing schools outside of the district.
