I have been getting my hair straightened here for over 6 years.
I have never had a bad experience, sometimes it takes longer than others but I understand the people here are running a business and the straightening process is quite labor intensive.
Korean is the main language spoken but I find everyone to be warm and friendly even though I am white Italian American.
Young, the owner is very picky with how she treats your hair, she is a perfectionist with many years of experience.
I do not trust any other salon to straighten my hair.

I just recently got my hair straightened at Bergen Salon. They were GREAT. The salon was very clean and they were very accomodative. Hair looks fabulous.‎ Great price.

Today I got my hair straightened at Bergen. They (Sasah) did a great job! Worth the 45 mins travel from whippany to ridgefield. I paid $250 plus a very generous tip. The ppl there are really nice. Only prob is communication, a little difficult to understand her accent. But another lady kind of helped me understand what Sasah was planning to do with my hair.
