This is ER is a disaster and completely incompetent. I spent 8 hours there and was never seen by any one. To boot they continue to harass me for insurance payments while I have been on top of the bill the entire. I have continued to receive letters and phone calls after I have called my insurance to confirm they were paid. Never go here if you can avoid it. Would give them a negative rating if I could.

I have only been to this hospital TWICE in my life. The FIRST time was LAST YEAR after my EX-Alcoholic girlfriend who's almost 20 years older than me, kicked a fridge door in on my head while I was reaching for a water bottle. "Nothing belongs to you in my fridge", she said even though it was the case of water I got for us the night before. Long story short.

After I finally got off the floor once the stars stopped spinning; this drunk woman said she would drive me back to my apartment but instead dropped me off at this terrible poor excuse of a hospital. She called me crazy and said I needed help. I waited 7 hours to be told i may have a concussion by these unprofessional doctors and employees.

I'm here again. Thought I would give them a second chance. The problem i came into the emergency room was with bug bites, related to scabies. And mentioned that the bites were driving me crazy, that I need medical attention cause I can't live like this anymore. I'm disabled, due to mental stress and also due to a suicide attempt I luckily survived 3 years ago. Irrelevant

People all over this review are the people you see getting kicked out.. i finished my detox, rehab here and got discharged today. If you want to get better then come here nobodys going to hold your hand its all on YOU. I dreaded it for a few days but got used to it the staff and counslers do everything they can to make you comfortable theyre really nice people... if you give respect youll get it back. These other people writing.reviews are the same people who will fall into their old ways because obviously they dont want to get better, anyone.who is serious about their addiction and want to get healthy will get results im not the type of person to write reviews but seeing these other people giving this place.negative reviews disgusts me, addicts who have nothin else better to do but rub off their negativity to everyone else.but point is if your serious about getting better then come here theyre very nice and will help you every way they possibly can you will.get results and like i said show respect and trust.me you will get it back... I love this place and recommend anyone who is serious about getting better will get the results theyre lookin for i give this place 5 stars.... coming from a recovering addict

This place is terrible! It smells like pee as soon as you walk inside! The people are ghetto and have no manners. This ppace honestly looks abandon!!

I haven't been there , well not lately... I can't remember, but the name I do. . . anyway....my nephew is just going there past few days...I'm hoping he doesn't get discouraged!! He is 48 n needs his life back...addiction!! So please ...don't be a hater but a helper. The remarks depending on who from is important!! Cause doent matter, how they treat you..if you r there gor help that's all you need , the wanting to be a real human being again!!
