Called up with pricing questions and was given an attitude because the ass on the other end of the line didn't understand what I was asking. Rude and unhelpful staff. Their website is from 1995 and never has any updated or useful information.

Don't tell people to ignore my review. The point of reviews are to give first hand experience for others who have none to see. Your positive interaction with the staff doesn't make the negative one I had not matter.

Ignore previous post about rudeness over the phone. This place is a scrap yard. You show up, empty your metal into containers, get weighed, get some $$. I found the people helpful enough.
