BUYER BEWARE: I purchased tickets for a show at the Bergen Performing Arts center for December 13th. The Bergen PAC center cancelled the show. The ticket center I purchased the tickets through will not refund my $300 because the venue is saying it is not cancelled and MAYBE rescheduled in the Spring. As of today (2 months later) there is no word. To make matters worse this was a Christmas show.
Bergen Performing Arts Center has cost a lot of people money. I guess they think we should wait until next Christmas in hopes of a show. Just plain NOT right!!!!
Be willing to lose money because they will not back you!!!

Horrible security process! No checks performed for all back-stage all access pass at Wild Kratts show! They allowed a gate crasher to go before valid ticket holder!

I prefer to buy tickets from the box office at BPAC or any venue. I feel much more at ease and am quicker to buy any tickets. I can easily take a ride to box office and use cash because I don't use credit cards and miss many events. I can speak for my friends and family too, who also miss many events due to no credit card and would prefer to buy tickets with cash. I am giving BPAC a 5 star --- last show was Michael Schenker, hope you can change ticket purchase policy and allow me to buy from your box office. Thank you.

Went to day as a field trip (i'm an 8th grader) and it was amazing. Just might be my favorite trip ever!
