I sent an appointment request through their website, but no one followed up with me. I called 4 days after, around 4:50pm (they close @5pm) to confirm my appointment and the lady that picked up the phone said they were closed and that I had to call back the next day. I just finished talking to a lady who doesn't know the meaning of customer service or phone etiquette. They DO NOT have the option for emergency appointments, so if you have an emergency, I don't recommend this office. I hope the service is better when I go in, since my dentist referred them highly.
