1 star? I wish I could put -10 stars. Not the first time, but it will be the last that these people waste over an hour of my time past my scheduled appointment. They are so disorganized and have no communication as to what is going on. Please take your insurance and precious time elsewhere and do not let this place rob you of both. You don't deserve to slowly die in their waiting room.

Got my eyes examined and tried the new prescription for about ten days. I was dizzy, headaches. Apparently the new prescription was wrong if compared to old glasses as per a second opinion from sears optical. At that point I didn't trust any so I decided to see another optometrist at bergen optometry for third opinion who stated the initial prescription was correct and I had to get used to glasses. I decided to return glasses and go to another place in Englewood who did a fantastic job. Wore my new glasses ASAP with little difficulty. All along sears optical was correct, bergen optometry gave me the wrong prescription TWICE. I wonder if this happens to a lot of people and people are forced to get used to glasses that don't have the right prescription for their vision.

I ordered contacts. They charged my insurance right away. I was told that the contacts would be in in approx 1-2 days and that they would call me. That was a week ago. I called today and was told that there was a delay and that the contacts should arrive today. We'll see.
The delay is not a problem. The fact that I had to call them to find out this information is terrible customer service. I don't know what their other services are like. This facility is in network for me, but I doubt that i'll ever use them again for anything. I'd rather just go to Target Optical, pay for out of network service and get reimbursed. MUCH EASIER than dealing with this.
We're a family of 5. There is already WAY too much for me to keep track of. I should not have to hunt down contacts that were promised a week ago.

My Experience has been Beyond explanation of bad customer service. It’s been month they charged me and my insurance for my daughter specs and still they are not ready. I called them multiple time to check status and confirm me delivery date except telling that they will call me once ready they did nothing it took five calls to them to finally check status and they found that there was an issue in order , till now there is no date of delivery witch is kind of against any form of Sale and Law and but got there money and that’s what they care about
If you are ready to wait unlimited with no accountability best of luck I never going to
