Bergen Medical Alliance: Deitz Justina M DO

Do go to this physician if you want to be treated. Half the time she will not even listen to you. She will get and leave 3-4 times while you are talking and despite complaining several times about your detoriating condition she will not bother to change her diagnosis. Certain times she just left without even informing me. She has not done a thing about my medical condition.

Though she was nice in nature, my experience was not that good with Dr. Deitz. I am pregnant with higher than normal thyroid issues that was being monitored by her. Not only were her explanations bland, but her followup was lacking as well. In addition, though my husband and I would arrive early for our appointments, it took AT LEAST 45 minutes to see her. Her response, "tell the others to arrive on time." While I am all for sarcasm, we too have other things to do during the day and needless to say her remarks were pointless and insensitive.

Thankfully I have not had a prior history of thyroid issues and promised not to go back to her post delivery as she has left a sour taste in my husband and I's mouth. I am now hearing just 24 hours before a scheduled appointment that she has left the Bergen Medical Alliance.

Hopefully I will get a better doctor who is more thorough and informed (fingers crossed).
