I made two appointments with this company for an estimate for a fence and each time their estimator, Ray, failed to show up or call to reschedule. Don't waste your time with this company.

THIS COMPANY IS UNBELIEVABLE. I HAVE CALLED THE COMPANY OVER 20 TIMES TO GET AN ESTIMATE TO REPAIR A FENCE FROM STORM DAMAGE WHICH BERGEN FENCE ORIGINAL INSTALLED. THEY HAVE BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN A ROUND FOR 4 WEEKS ALREADY. THEIR SALESMAN GERARD DIDNT HAVE THE COURTESY TO RETURN ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS AND DIDNT BOTHER TO SUBMIT AN ESTIMATE. THE PEOPLE THEIR SIMPLE ARE LAZY AND HAVE NO DECENCY.
