took a tie to them and they returned it to me just ironed, not clean at all, it had stains front and back, I took the tie back to them to clean it (with their sticker still on), the lady at the counter was very rude because was having a "bad day" she stated and wanted to charge me again for something they NEVER DID in the first place.. what kind of service is this???
I will take my business elsewhere, to a place where they provide the service they charge for!!
