Good for kids only. There is a cheap train ride that goes around the zoo, you can see a few animals, but its perfect for kids.

Nice little zoo. Loved the cougars and capybaras especially. Use entrance off of Spring Valley Rd. OnStar brings you to 616 Forest instead of 216. Use parking lot 2, everyone tries to crowd into lot 1.

It was a great zoo with a lot of hard working people, but sadly the recent Bergen Republican adminstration has pledge to make massive cuts, (so they can give themselves raises) and there have been many cut backs on the animals. Its sad that they feel it is more important to give themselves raises
