Under corrupt Bergen Republican County Ex. Donovan this solid waste sewer utility became a cesspool of corruption and tax waste. the corrupt Donovan placed numerous of her political hacks into low show and no show jobs at the Agency, thus increasing taxes for the Bergen County taxpayers.
