Was a great place with caring individuals, but with the recent double dipper Republican adminstration, the only concern is hiring double dipper hacks who only care about maximising their own pensions. This sad policy starts at the top with a double dipping Republican County Executive who increased her own salary to $140k and then funded the pension line for her own $100k, then her own County Adminstrator and Chief of Staffs and Department heads are double dippers. The Office should change its name to Office of Republican hacks who have could care less about the Children
