Bergen County Harley-Davidson

I bought a brand new Softail there, and right out the door the running lights burned out. I replaced them, they burned out again, over abs over. So I brought the bike in and they took 2 weeks to fix the issue. As soon as I get the bice back, the running lights burn out again. I talked to service, they said I would have to bring the bike back again for another 2 weeks (DUSING RIDING SEASON).
I said, how about you sell me the LED lights, and I will pay for them at your price, and I will install them myself (costs them nothing). They laughed at me and said no. Then I bought my own LED lights (non Harley) and they have been working beautifully for 3 years now. I would never buy another bike from here, they don't even support their own brand new products.

I'm very impressed with the service, everything is done to perfection. Gene is very professional. Jessica is every lady rider's best friend! She made sure I got what I ordered in timely manner and she not only notified me when my merchandise arrived, but also kept me posted on new products. I really appreciate their service. Good people work there. My favorite dealership!

I always love coming in to BCHD. They always have what I need to keep me on the road. Andy and Mike always take care of me in parts to get me what my bike needs. Gene in service has gone out of his way to keep me happy when I needed to get my bike into service last minute before a big trip! And last but certainly not least Sergio and his motor clothes team are always super helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to gear. I appreciate all of you for your help and keeping me riding! I bought my first bike here. Prior to coming in Justin helped me out in finding exactly what I wanted. He told me they were expecting a shipping of new Iron 883's that week and received a call the next day! Finally came around to time to purchase my dream bike and Roscoe was really helpful and approachable and took away any salesmen-client tension. However, by far the best experience came from Sergio one of the salesmen on the floor. Really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with everything in stock. I was given pro's and con's and every option available so I could make the best informed decision about purchasing exactly what I needed for my first bike. I was uniformed with my first helmet and gloves and looking to go back to purchase other things he recommended. Even after the purchase and going back I still feel even more welcome and part of the HD family. Superb experience.

This dealer exemplifies everything a true Harley Dealer should be. Sonia (Motorclothes) is not only the best at keeping all the top trending clothes stocked and wonderfully displayed, she is also very professional and knowledgeable! There isn't an item under that roof that she doesn't know everything about and exactly where to find it! This dealer is also committed to community! They are always giving back! I see them donate to local schools and are always putting on fundraising events in the dealership that are always very fun (get awesome free food) and help all of us help others while having fun and often saving money on our purchases all at the same time! The atmosphere is always upbeat, positive and engaging. I can't say enough about Sonia and all her crew - they really rock! They get my business every single time!
