The barn is beautiful from outside. But the management is beyond bad. It is such a shame. I went there for a long time since it was the closest barn to my apartment. Recently, i switched to a different barn because I could not stand the people's attidute and unprofessionalism anymore .They can not even accomadate your small requests. Most of the time , not a proper horse match to your level. And my instructor told me that she can not do anything about it. The front desk staff is very rude and there is no customer service at all.If you have a dog , do not bring him or her inside the barn otherwise they will tell you to keep your dog outside. But if you work there , your dog can be all over the place. Such a double standards. The owner ( Anna ) does not even bother to respond her e-mails. Four e-mails , still no response. It has been a week and when you call them, neither the owner or the barn manager is there. Nobody cares about you . All they care about is your money.They charge $72.00 for 1/2 for non-bergen residents. And this is what you get.So do not waste your time or money like i did... Just find somewhere else. There are so many other barns outside.

The facilities are well kept and the horses are beautiful. Definitely a clean place and nice location.
Customer Service was horrible. After a mistake was made once with the package I purchased, I did not think much of it. When it was made a second time, I reached out to the manager (Anna) and she was receptive and professional. I thought that was the end of it. When I made my appointment for my final sessions, I got a call from an employee the day of the lesson stating that I had to pay for that days sessions, despite the solution that was found when I spoke with Anna. When I asked to speak with a manager before I came in for my session, I was told there were no managers working that day. ( Convenient ! ) I left a message to have a manager call me back but never heard from anyone. Their lack of communication amongst themselves left a lot to be desired. The horse trainer we had was polite and friendly. Unfortunately, she was not very thorough and did not go over everything we needed to know before getting on the horse. She explained it to to my girlfriend during her lesson and just assumed I somehow knew the basics or she just overlooked them. I would not purchase a package there again.
